Bluedawn Policies

Availability & Shipping:

Prints and most other items will usually ship within one week. Bluedawn will insure your shipment and guarantee that it arrives in the pristine condition that it was in when it left our lab or warehouse; if an item is damaged or lost in shipping we will replace it free of charge.

Product Guarantee:

We want you to be delighted with your Bluedawn purchase. Every item purchased from Bluedawn is backed by our 30 Day - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 Days from the receipt date to contact us and we will fix, replace, or exchange any item(s) or refund the order (less shipping), no questions asked.

You may update or correct information about you by logging into your online account or calling Customer Service. You may also email us if you wish to deactivate your account, but note that we may retain information about you for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

Promotional Communications:

You may opt out of receiving promotional E-mails from Bluedawn by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional E-mails, such as E-mails about your purchases, account, or our ongoing business relations.
